Anneliese Stauff

Anneliese Stauff thrives at the intersection of systems and people, where the creative and the technical meet. She is known for bringing structure to complexity and translating ideas into clear, actionable execution. Her work focuses on creating practical systems, improving how teams collaborate, and turning ambiguity into forward progress. 

Prior to joining Beezwax, Anneliese worked in Fortune 100, healthcare, and startup environments, gaining a broad perspective on how different organizations operate. Her background spans operations and project management, with a strong emphasis on systems and software initiatives. She excels at cross functional communication, operates with a clear bias for action, and plays a central role in helping diverse groups coordinate effectively and deliver meaningful results.

Anneliese previously partnered with Beezwax on the client side, working on the development of custom FileMaker applications to support health education initiatives at Kaiser Permanente. She was excited to join Beezwax’s program management team, where she supports project delivery and helps guide clients through complex implementations.

Outside of work, Anneliese enjoys attending and supporting theatre across the Bay Area and has contributed to local productions as an actor, director, and production manager.
